Mint & Penny is not just a name, it’s a story that began long before this.
It began in our childhood, in the quiet moments before sleep, when our mother would sing to us a lullaby. In that song as we can remember, she wispered these two words: Mint & Penny. It felt like a secret language, something soft and lasting that belonged only to us.
Our mother was a poet and a painter, an art creator. From her, we each inherited a piece of that imagination. Zoei found her voice in words; Pari in lines and colors. We are not as seamless as she was, but together, we make something whole. We always have.For years, we worked side by side as a family.

Our mother wrote the stories, Zoei translated them into new languages, Pari gave them form through illustration, and our father brought them into the world as a book. It was never just work, it was a rhythm, a way of being together.

A year and a half ago, we lost her.
Since then, the distance between us has felt different, much heavier, more permanent. Without her, continuing what we once shared became harder than we expected.But stories have a way of finding their path.We found ours again, not by going back, but by carrying her forward.
This is our way of honoring her, of keeping her voice alive in new forms.
